EverLast® Induction Lighting Introduces New ARRA Compliant Bi-Level Parking Garage Fixture
New U.S. Made Induction Fixture Offers Enhanced Optics and an Advanced Thermal Management System

JACKSON, MI – September 9, 2010 – Municipalities, private sector business and educational institutions across the United States are investing in retrofitting parking structures with energy efficient lighting. Lighting is a key element to any parking structure as it has a tremendous impact on energy consumption, safety, security and aesthetics. Many of these retrofit projects have been funded by ARRA monies and require the use of American made products.

This fall, Full Spectrum Solutions will begin manufacturing its newest industry innovation, the EverLast® U.S. Made Parking Garage Fixture, which boasts enhanced optics, engineered thermal management, and proprietary SMART Bi-Level technology.  Manufacturing will take place at the newly constructed Full Spectrum Solutions LEED Platinum manufacturing facility located in Jackson MI. EverLast® Induction Lighting continues to engineer and manufacture lighting solutions for parking structures by designing fixtures that meet the needs of parking professionals, property owners and pedestrians alike.

EverLast® has successfully installed thousands of parking garage fixtures across the country, and this fixture is the latest in a long line of innovative lighting solutions.”

Compared to traditional induction fixtures, the Everlast® U.S. Made Parking Garage Fixture utilizes enhanced optics, improving fixture efficiency 30% and increasing overall light distribution by 35%. Also integral in the design, is EverLast® proprietary bi-level technology. Historically parking garages have been synonymous with being over lit especially when vacant. The EverLast® Parking Garage Fixture incorporates SMART Bi-Level technology, stepping down the fixtures to 40% when the area is vacant for a set length of time. Upon occupancy the fixtures step back up to 100% power; SMART technology allows facilities to achieve over 60% energy savings compared to existing fixtures.
