Exploring EverLast®: Meet Paul Wickett!

Paul Wickett1 March 7^th, 2013 - In the 8th installment of our series our featured EverLast® professional for the month is our Vice President of Engineering, Paul Wickett!

Paul Wickett is a professional Engineering expert who joined EverLast® Lighting in February of 2013.

Wickett is orgininally from Canada, where he attended Toronto University and received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Shortly after that he went on to attend the University of Michigan for graduate school where he received a Master's degree in Engineering Management.

Wickett joined EverLast® on February 4^thof this year after 21 years of engineering expertise at Robert Bosch, LLC. and immediately began re-designing EverLast® engineering processes to encourage the manufacturing of new induction fixtures, U.S. Made products, and specification processes.

Wickett is also a certified Black Belt in Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) which is a separate and emerging business-process management methodology related to traditional Six Sigma. While the Six Sigma process requires the tools and order to be in place and functioning, a DFSS has the objective of determining the needs of customers and the business, and driving those needs into the product solution so created. “One of my immediate goals is to begin the re-engineering of products that the lighting industry has never before seen in the U.S.,” Wickett stated. “It amazes me to see the caliber of employee’s at this organization and the skillset that we have available to make this idea a reality. There is some top manufacturing talent beneath the EverLast® umbrella.”

In Paul's spare time he enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Exploring EverLast: Meet Dan Wolfe!

dan w February 4^th, 2013 - Exploring EverLast® is our monthly blog post about a member of the EverLast® staff! In the 7th installment of our series (and 1st of 2013), our featured EverLast® professional for the month is our IT & Design Manager, Daniel Wolfe!

Daniel Wolfe is a professional Information Technology expert who joined EverLast® Lighting as a RMA Technician in January 2007.

Daniel had played a critical role in the early stages of development for the residential brand, and quickly transitioned to the role of Online Marketing Specialist. Over the following 5 years, Daniel continued to serve EverLast® at this position and integrated his I.T. experience, and skillset to develop the national online brand awareness that EverLast® has achieved today through enhanced SEO practices, mobile applications, and information architecture.

As a result, Daniel was promoted to I.T. & Design Manager of the EverLast® Technology Department in January of 2013. Daniel has continued to oversee the I.T. department as well as take on additional responsibilities. He has played an integral part in the company’s growth and is instrumental in developing the EverLast® online presence.

Daniel also focuses on website design, print design, pay-per click advertising, client and server administration. An expert in information technology and design software, Daniel has developed various software and marketing programs to further EverLast®’s online presence.

Daniel earned his Associate’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University (AIU), and is currently finishing is BBA from Colorado Tech University’s school of Information Technology.

Daniel and his wife, Marilyn, are proud parents of their two children Diego and Amelia.

In Daniel's spare time he enjoys excercising, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.

Exploring EverLast: Meet Kristine Gough!

kristine essentials2 October 15th, 2012 – Exploring EverLast® is our monthly blog post about a member of the EverLast® staff! In our 6th installment of our series, this month our featured EverLast® professional is our Purchasing Manager, Kristine Gough!

Kristine is a professional lighting consultant, who joined EverLast® Lighting as a Commercial Representative in October, 2009.

Kristine graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree from Hope College with a double major in German and International Business.

Kristine chose to continue her education at the Monterey Institute for International Studies where she received a graduate Certificate in International Development later in 2005. Kristine also speaks German, Spanish, and Japanese.

Since February 2006 Kristine has been an asset to Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. Kristine was one of the original employee’s when Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. had only 12; Full Spectrum now has over 50. When she came aboard the company in 2006, she began her career at 23 years old in the Residential Sales division and eventually worked her way up to the Commercial Sales division by 2007. Kristine worked in Commercial Sales for two years, and in 2009 she was promoted yet again.

At the age of only 26, Kristine accepted the International Affairs and Purchasing Manager position as a result of her loyalty, skill-set, drive, and dedication. Kristine continues to serve Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. at this position.

Additionally, Kristine joined the Institute for Supply Management in 2010, and currently serves as the Vice President of Membership where she travels to Lansing once a month to attend board meetings. Kristine also has participated in several activities and groups in the Jackson community. She has volunteered at Westwinds in the Toddler Day Care, and is currently a volunteer on the parent committee at ABC Academy.

In addition to her job duties at Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc., Kristine facilitates and coordinates the company golf outing, and manages all international travel for the company.

Kristine and her husband Bryon are proud parents of Parker Gough, and are currently expecting in early January.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, skiing, and snowboarding.
