Trade Show Tuesday: Connections from the International Parking Institute

June 26th, 2012 - Bryan and I are finally back from the International Parking Institute show, and are already looking forward to it next year!

“It was our first time attending this particular show and, most of the show's we attend are catered to the Lighting and Energy Sectors. However, the Parking Show was great for us because it was nice to open up to other markets; one in which we have a product that is perfect for the application. We had plenty of interest from people in the industry from city planners and engineers who design the garages down to the Maintenance departments who service the fixtures,” commented Bryan Schultz, EverLast® Commercial Representative.

EverLast® has made several installations in the state of Arizona. The City of Tempe and the City of Show Low display EverLast® area lighting fixtures throughout many of their facilities! Maricopa County has also installed over 900 EverLast fixtures.

The Desert Arroyo Middle School in Cave Creek also installed over 800 area lighting fixtures for maximum energy savings.

If you are in the Arizona area, and have questions about EverLast® Lighting, contact [email protected]">Dan Grumney with Greentech.

I am also tweeting news daily from @everlastlight and @kyle_leighton .

EverLast® heads to Phoenix!

June 8th, 2012 - June 10th through the 13th of next week we will be at the International Parking Institute trade show at booth #952 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Myself and Bryan Schultz, EverLast® Representatives, will be in attendance to field any questions. As always, I will be LIVE tweeting event news from @everlastlight and @kyle_leighton!

The International Parking Institute (IPI) is gathering parking and transportation experts from around the globe for four days of cutting-edge education, unparalleled networking opportunities.

We enjoy attending the IPI show because we can come together with attendees who are decision-makers representing all segments of the industry – from building owners to the parking attendant, from the city mayor to the municipal or university employee, from the procurement officer to the commercial operator and many others charged with the daily management of their parking operations.

While the economy is rebounding, it is imperative we invest in our professional development and are able to make lasting connections that have a positive impact on the way we do business. That being said, don’t forget to come visit booth #952!

Happy Friday!

May Wrap - Up!

May 31st, 2012 - The month of May was quite an exciting month for EverLast®!

In addition to celebrating Electrical Safety, we had another fulfilling experience at LightFair, and enjoyed our time at the West Coast Management Congress in Seattle.

Green Building’s New York was also a success that we attended much earlier in the month as Alex Orr commented that it was, “a great chance to meet and converse with new and existing EverLast® clients”.

EverLast® also joined the NAED and was recognized as an incumbent for the Michigan Manufacturer of the Year with an award presented by Governor Snyder!

On May 3rd, EverLast® had officially U.S. Trademarked and registered the BioLume Series that was introduced in 2010!

Our Director of Commercial Sales, Brandon Marken, was also given an opportunity to speak about energy efficiency at the Jackson Rotary Club earlier in the month! Additionally, Brandon was promoted to Vice President of Sales on May 29th!

We can only hope that June is just as great to us!

Even though National Electrical Safety month is coming to end, please be sure to continue safe practices while you are in the field!

Trade Show Tuesdays: Connections from WCEMC

May 29th, 2012 - The West Coast Energy Management Congress trade show in Seattle, Washington was another great experience for EverLast® this year!

“We made some great connections at the show. We spoke with quite a few engineers and specifiers. There was also a great presence of members of numerous military branches located on the West coast.” said Bryan Schultz, EverLast® Commercial Representative. "In speaking with most folks they had a keen interest in EverLast® Lighting and Induction Lighting as a whole and circled us on their list of must see exhibitors."

EverLast® has had several installations in the state of Washington. Fairchild Air Force Base, and Dagmars Marina are just a few places of many in Washington that our EverLast® fixtures have found a home.  If you are in the Washington area, and would like more information about our fixtures contact Frank Disch or Jay Pachl from ERW Harvco Sales!

ERW Harvco Sales is an EverLast® Lighting representative and has represented lighting and lighting-control manufacturers to the commercial design and distributor markets for over 30 years.
