DTE ENERGY "BUY MICHIGAN" BONUS
Receive an extra 10% rebate when installing Michigan-Made EverLast Fixtures. This bonus requires an "Affidavit of Michigan Manufacture." Please contact EverLast, an approved Michigan Manufacturer, to obtain a completed Affidavit.
APPROVED FIXTURES
Generally, all EverLast LED Fixtures qualify for DTE Energy incentives. The base requirement is "an LED lamp or fixture with an efficacy of 80 lumen per watt." All EverLast Fixtures easily qualify for this efficacy.
DTE Energy offers a higher incentive for DLC-Listed LED Fixtures. Currently, EverLast Lighting offers 31 LED Fixtures listed with DLC. DTE Energy requires a specification sheet (or cut sheet) for each DLC-Listed Fixture. EverLast Cut Sheets are available on each fixture page (e.g., EverLast Legend 200W Acrylic 16" Cut Sheet).
All additional EverLast LED Fixtures qualify for DTE Energy Rebates – only at a lower incentive. You must submit a Non-DLC Product Approval Form for each unique fixture not listed. For approval, DTE Energy requires a specification (cut) sheet, plus warranty, LM-79 report, and UL/CUL certification for each fixture. Contact EverLast and we will quickly provide this information.

REQUIREMENTS

- Complete a DTE Energy Reservation Application and receive a DTE Energy Reservation Letter. Installation must occur within 90 days of Reservation Letter receipt – or November 30, 2017 – whichever comes first
- Replace existing fluorescent, HID, and incandescent lamps / fixtures with LED Lighting – all EverLast Lighting Fixtures are LED
- LED Fixtures must have a minimum efficacy of 80 lumen per watt – all EverLast LED Fixtures have at least 110 lumen per watt efficacy
- Fixture quantity must remain the same (one-to-one replacement).
